Managing anxiety and fear isn’t always easy and could escalate quickly. Fear has a strong effect on one’s mind and body, and it is one of the strongest emotions. Fear is simply an emotion we experience when we see a threat to our emotional or physical well-being. However, anxiety is an unpleasant and vague sense of uneasiness or nervousness.
